ABSTRACT

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, plenty of international students and faculties have been forced to teach and learn online because of the negative effects and policy constraints associated with it. However, not only are they having problem adjusting to this abrupt transition, the mental issues they face may also continue when they return offline. As research has shown that online international students may feel even more isolated than their traditional counterparts ( Erichsen& Bolliger, 2011), this essay will focus on online learning during COVID-19 especially for international students and teachers. Psychology concepts, scientific studies, and personal interviews will be used to support arguments and inspire possible solutions.
